The customer is responsible for all rented totes, dollies, and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed.
Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment is charged at $10 per tote and $75 per dolly.
Equipment kept past the scheduled pickup date may incur extra-week or extra-day fees by package.
Totes must be returned empty, reasonably clean, and easily accessible for pickup.
Equipment may not be used for hazardous, flammable, toxic, illegal, or improperly sealed materials.
Equipment not returned within 30 days may be considered unreturned and charged at replacement cost.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
